General Terms and Conditions of Business

These are the general business terms of our hotels. The cancellation conditions can differ for varying room categories. So please check the room description thoroughly.

Cancellation

Cancellations are free of charge if they are done latest 3 days before arrival date. In case of cancellations later than that we charge 80 percent of the price of all booked nights in total. In case of non-cancellation the total amount is charged..

Children and extra bed

All children under seven years do not have to pay any extra fees for sleeping on the available beds. All older children or adults pay 15€ for each night on one extra bed.

Extra beds are offered on request of the guest, per mail or telephone. Each of the apartments on Olivaerplatz 18 offers space for 2 extra beds. Each of the apartments in Ansbacherstraße 8-14 offers space for 1 extra bed.

Payment

The total costs for the overnight stays have to be paid in cash or with card (ec, Maestro, MasterCard or VISA).
